Technology x Writing

Writing is best when it's a communal endeavor.

Writing can be intimidating. Writing can be scary. Writing can trigger our shame. Those feelings, plus the vulnerability that writing requires, can make us fear the awe-inspiring process of taking what's unseen in our minds and sharing it on the page.  Technology, however, can offer us solace, comfort, and our way forward.

When we share our writing and commune over the universal difficulty of this sometimes elusive act, we find ourselves more willing to write, to share, to experiment, and to create. Whether it is publicly responding to a Google Classroom question, posting to a Padlet, collaborating on a Google Doc, or curating a digital museum, we grow as writers when we use the web page to explore writing as collective endeavor.
